According to the 2000-2827 decree of November 27th 2000, the CIFODE'Com is charged to take part in the development of the documentary means in the communications field and attached technologies.

The CIFODE'Com is charged since August 3rd 2005 of the Virtual Library Project of the Communication Technologies Ministry.

The CIFODE' COM intends to develop in the future the "Documentation" activity.
