The Center of Information, Training, Documentation, and Studies in Communication Technologies (CIFODE'Com) is a non-administrative public body endowed with civil responsibility and financial autonomy and works under the Ministry of Communication Technologies authority.

The main missions assigned to the CIFODE'Com are stipulated in its creation decree n°2000-2827 of November 27, 2000.

At present the principal function of CIFODE'Com is a service provider body within the Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) field. The CIFODE'Com represents a new concept in the training sphere. It is classified as one of the most performing training platforms.

Indeed, the center is endowed with modern equipments allowing it to organize training cycles in accordance with customer's requirements. The CIFODE'Com is addressed to a varied public such as enterprise staff, job seekers, and else. Moreover, its know-how and experience in the training field took up principally for the needs of public bodies.
