According to the 2000-2827 decree of November 27th, 2000, the CIFODE'Com is charged with the organization of study days, seminars and workshops concerning the subjects referring to communication technologies in order to consolidate human resources and to participate in the technological survey in the sector.

The CIFODE' COM intends to develop in the future the "Information" activity.
