The Observatory is a structure that serves as a meeting point between different actors of the ICT system and the SI, whose main task is to evaluate and measure the impact of using ICT in different sectors through measures of access and use of ICT in the SI.
This mission will be established through three key operations that define the objectives of the observatory, which are the collection, processing and dissemination of information and data in the field of ICT and SI :
