In a market characterized by both rapid and profound changes facing the communications sector from the technological, organizational and structural capacity to anticipate technological developments is crucial to business competitiveness. The CIFODE'COM is willing to be a major player in the ICT sector through development assistance to various stakeholders of ICT to effectively conduct their integration into the digital economy.
For this, we aim at :
• Strengthening our competitiveness in our areas of activity
• Build a strong position in Tunisia
• To acquire a significant position in Africa, and the Arab world in the Mediterranean area

The Quality Policy of CIFODE'COM lever is a major step to achieve our ambition.
It is intended to : .
• make of the satisfaction of our customers a priority
• rationalize our ongoing process to lead to greater efficiency and enhancement of the competitivenes
• skills and the genuine involvement of CIFODE'COM staff , can achieve this ambition.
To support this commitment, I pledge as Director General of CIFODE'COM to :
• ensure that physical and human resources be best used to achieve the objectives of quality CIFODE'COM
• continually assess the implementation and effectiveness of these provisions
• continue the development of the Management System (QMS) of the company in order to advance CIFODE'COM.
We must always advance the satisfaction of our customers and meet regulatory requirements that apply to our business.
We designated the Quality Management Manager to implement the QMS.
Each employee must strictly implement the Quality Policy of CIFODE'COM. |
